Gary Foulks joined Gloria Nilson Realtors in 1997 as the branch manager for the company’s Holmdel Office. In 1998 under the leadership of Mr. Foulks the Holmdel office office exceeded the prior year's production by 100% and was recognized as the company's most improved office. Gloria Nilson Realtors was subsequently purchased by GMAC Real Estate in 2000. In 2002 Mr. Foulks was appointed Regional Vice President and Broker of Record of what is now Gloria Nilson and Co. Real Estate, currently comprised of 21 offices with over 700 sales associates. In 2004, Mr. Foulks was honored as the recipient of GMAC Real Estate’s Premier Service Award.
Prior to his joining Gloria Nilson, Mr. Foulks began his real estate career as a sales associate with Sterling Thompson and Associates , where he averaged an unprecedented 100 listings per year. In 1972 he became the youngest salesperson to receive his Brokers License in the state of New Jersey . From 1976-1996 he was co- owner of the Foulks Preston Agency with offices in Middletown and Ocean Twp. N.J.
Mr. Foulks is a member of the National, State , and local Board of Realtors. He has served as a Director on the Board of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors. He has chaired that Board's Professional Standards and Realtors Risk Reduction committees.
The National Association of Realtors awarded Mr. Foulks Realtor Emeritus status in 2010.
